Optional — booking asks for this too. Signing here is useful if you are bringing a group, or arriving with somebody who would rather not do paperwork on their phone in the doorway.

Why this exists

Our puppies are seven to nine weeks old. They are learning that hands are not chew toys, and they have not finished learning it. Nips and scratches happen in most sessions.

We would rather say that plainly, in writing, than surprise anyone. If it is not a risk you want, a private session with older pups is the gentler option.

On the day
Arrive ten minutes early
Wear something washable
Bare feet or clean indoor shoes
No outside pets, no food on the floor
Bring allergy medication if you need it
