Puppy events

We bring the pen
to your people.

School visits, finals week, team bonding days, street fairs, grand openings, senior communities and wellness fairs. We set up a supervised puppy pen anywhere in Los Angeles and run the whole thing — you point at the lawn, we do the rest.

Four kinds
of event

A high school campus visit
Schools & colleges

Campus visits & finals week

A pen on the quad at lunch, a de-stress hour before exams, a reward day, a club fundraiser. We rotate students through in small groups so the line keeps moving and the puppies keep resting.

Middle school through university Two to four hours on site Up to 200 students across the session Certificate of insurance provided
A team bonding session
Workplaces

Team bonding & wellness days

An hour that people actually look forward to. Offices, studios, hospital staff rooms, retreats and onsites — indoors or out, before lunch or as the close of the day.

Teams of 10 to 100 One to three hours on site Optional puppy-yoga session instead of open play W-9, COI and vendor paperwork handled
A booth at a street fair
Public events

Street fairs & grand openings

The booth everyone queues for. Farmers' markets, block parties, store openings, festivals and fundraisers — a branded pen, a photo corner, and a crowd that stops walking.

Timed entry to the pen, managed by our handlers Canopy, turf, signage and sanitiser included Your logo on the backdrop on request Half day or full day
A senior community visit
Community

Senior living & care visits

Quiet, seated, unhurried. We bring the puppies to residents rather than the other way round, room by room or in the common lounge, at whatever pace the day allows.

Lap-height handling, no floor time needed Wheelchair and bedside friendly Smaller puppy count, longer with each person Reduced community rate
What is included

Everything
arrives with us

One van, one crew, one flat area. We are set up in twenty minutes and packed down in fifteen, and the space is left exactly as we found it.

What we need from you A flat area roughly ten by ten feet, shade if we are outdoors, parking close to the setup point, and a contact who will be on site when we arrive.

The puppies

Four to eight allergy-friendly Doodles, rotated in shifts with a rest pen off to the side.

Trained handlers

One handler per three puppies, inside the pen the entire time, running the rotation and the queue.

The whole setup

Pen panels, turf, blankets, water, toys, sanitising station and clean-up — canopy too, if you are outdoors.

Paperwork

Liability insurance, certificate of insurance naming your organisation, and digital waivers collected before the day.

Photos

We shoot throughout and send you the full set within a few days, cleared for your own channels.

A short talk, if you want

Ten minutes on how the puppies are raised and how to handle a young dog — popular with schools and youth groups.

Tell us about
your event

Date, location and roughly how many people is enough to start. We reply within one business day with a plan, a quote and the insurance paperwork your office will ask for.

Thank you — that is with Margie.

You will hear back within one business day. If you need a certificate of insurance or a vendor form to start a purchase order, say so in your reply and we will send it straight over.

Quotes usually come back the same day, with paperwork attached.

Event questions

Are you insured, and can you name our organisation?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and will issue a certificate naming your school, company or venue as additional insured. Send us the exact legal name and we usually turn it around the same day.
How many people can pass through in an hour?
Roughly fifty, in rotations of ten for ten minutes each. Bigger crowds need either a longer window or a second pen — tell us your headcount and we will size it properly rather than rushing anyone.
How do you protect the puppies at a busy event?
They work in shifts with a quiet rest pen they can always retreat to, a handler stays in the pen at all times, and we cap the number of people inside. No loudspeakers over the pen, no food in the pen, and any puppy who has had enough is done for the day.
How far do you travel?
Glendale, Montrose, Pasadena and La Cañada are home ground and carry no travel fee. We go anywhere in Los Angeles County, and further for a full day — mileage is quoted up front, never added later.
Can you invoice a purchase order?
Yes — we work with school districts, universities and corporate procurement regularly. W-9, vendor registration, COI and net-30 invoicing are all fine.
