Before you write to us
Will the puppies bite me?
They will mouth you, almost certainly — nips and scratches are normal. Handlers redirect it constantly and injuries beyond a scratch are very rare.
I have a dog allergy — can I still come?
Every puppy here is a Doodle — very low-shedding, low-dander — and guests with mild sensitivities are usually comfortable. It is not the same as hypoallergenic, so bring your medication, and write to us if your allergy is serious and we will talk options.
How do I book a birthday or private event?
Use the form above, or the private events enquiry — same inbox. Tell us the date and rough guest count and we come back with a plan, a price and a hold on the puppies.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Move to any other date free of charge up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation. Inside 48 hours we offer a credit rather than a refund — the puppies and handlers are already scheduled around your mat.
